Bolivia - prelude to a kiss!

Winter solstice celebration at Tiwanaku, Bolivia. There I was freezing from 4 a.m. waiting for the sunrise when I spotted President Evo Morales on stage participating with the shaman celebrations. And so - I made my way thru and got close to him, his Vice-President and Tiwanaku Mayor.
