The Mangyongdae Schoolchildren’s Palace (1989) located in the southwest part of the city of Pyongyang, is an example of a special school dedicated to artistic education and attended by thousands of children. In this palace, that has more than two hundred rooms, subjects like music, dancing, painting, etc., are taught as part of daily extracurricular activities. This school trains and develops great talents, true prides to the regime.
