The April Virtual Exploration program will focus on the Harbin Ice Festival in Harbin China. The festival debuted in 1963 and now sees 3.5 million visitors per year.

Dave & Merry Jo Binkley, members in Central Florida, will present on their recent trip to see the Harbin Ice Festival. If you also would like to experience what has been billed as the largest ice and snow festival in the world, the 2027 festival opens on January 5, 2027.
