Do you know if anything changed since 2018 when Four Seasons on Descroches Island seemed to be the only reasonable way of visiting the region? Does anyone have any more recent experiences there by any chance?

Thanks, the presentarion is great, I somehow missed it. And I have even found some cruises, but they are expensive: well, even one night at the Four Seasons is quite a lot for me. But probably this is still the option I will try.
There is a Ponant cruise that visits many of the islands in the groups and not much more expensive than a couple of nights on Deseoches at the Four Seasons
