Does anyone have a list of the changes to the TCC list over time?
I ask because I have a worksheet of my travels based on the TCC list. Going through my list and comparing it to the current TCC one on the web site is a nuisance, time-consuming and prone to errors.
If there was a list of the changes made over time (ie the board minutes of changes made) that would help me, and I suspect many others, keep their country lists up to date easily.
I'm thinking of something like:
1 Jan 2016
xxx added
xxx added
1 Jan 2015
xxx added
xxx removed / retired.
Does anyone have that info? Could they post it here or on the TCC web site (in addition to the two existing list formats)?
Such a list of changes might also answer questions about why some countries are added, or not. For those curious about such details.
Thanks in advance,

Hi Peter - What is the date on the list you are working from?
Who makes these decisions ? Is it a person ? Was it a person ? Most members would not be adversarial but would like to understand the reasoning - Such as "Why Trans Dniester and not Croatia?" or "Why Margarita Island at all" If we could answer questions like these we would gain credibility.
I also wonder about Crimea, now that it's been taken over by Russia and isn't contiguous with the rest of Russia.
Two places I feel that should be on the TCC List are Sakhalin Island, the other is Jan Mayen Island. The two fit within the description of qualification according to the TCC Handbook.
I second that request. Took me a while to hear that a #325 had been added, and longer to find it was Socotra.
