I'm a new member and am considering going to this event. I was wondering who is planning to go? And, for those who have been to other international meetings, what are they like? What have been your favorite/least favorite things about them?

I went there and thought it was well worth a trip from Finland at least.
By now I have written a couple of blog posts about the trip - they are in Finnish, but maybe google translator good do a decent job and anyway I have included a number of pictures.

I might consider publishing these or at least the one about the meeting also in English at some point later if I could find time to do that - let's see.

I'm truly sorry I missed your message on the Forum, and especially sorry we did not see you at the event.
As the event organizer, the past few months has been a whirlwind of activity for me, and many of us did everything possible to ensure a solid event. According to the feedback forms, it was a massive success with over 55 members and guests attending. The group was a real mix with about 35% Americans together with a diversified group from across Europe and around the world.
Maybe we will see you at the next one. Typically, we endeavour to have one of these weekend gatherings every 2-3 years.
Which chapter are you closest to? Maybe I will see you at a future luncheon.
