The best place to get it would be in Ziguinchor Senegal at the Consulate. Opens from 09:00HR. to 14:30HR. Monday to Friday. The cost is XOF 20,000. (APPROX. $35.00 USD) for a one month double entry tourist visa. Just have passport in hand the Consulate General with take down details of passport then apply the visa. Took me around 10 minutes then I was good to go. Ziguinchor is about 25 minute drive to Guinea-Bissau Border. The cost for a seat in Sept bus is XOF 6,000 (APPROX.$10.00) from Ziguinchor to Bissau which is about a three hour drive. GUINEABISSAUCONSULATE.jpg A photo of the Consulate of Guinea-Bissau in Ziguinchor Senegal which has no formal address yet anyone can point out where it is at to you.
