What an accomplishment of seeing Sports around the World Even Canada! I was really glad I got to see Vancouver Canucks NHL Hockey, Vancouver Whitecaps MLS Soccer, Ottawa Senators NHL Hockey game and Montreal Canadiens NHL Hockey Game in Canada! It was an amazing experience to visit these places
I got to watch Vancouver Canucks game Preseason against Edmonton Oilers in my hotel the day before I went to visit Canucks NHL Stadium. At the same time, I watched a Soccer game in Vancouver BC Palace! I was so fortunate to have seen it. And I got to see the Vancouver Hockey Stadium! It really explained the history of Vancouver Sports as well as Canada won Olympics in Vancouver! I got to spend 7 hours before the Vancouver Whitecaps! It was a really close as I had thought. We almost beat Minnesota FC 1-0 but that happens! We had allowed a lot of penalties to occur which led Minnesota to gain the huge lead by one goal. But it didn't really stop them to get to the playoffs.
I was also really glad that Vancouver Canucks beat Oilers in Preseason. It was really funny that I watched it in my Vancouver Hotel which was hilarious! I got to drive around Vancouver, British Columbia and the roads were so beautiful! Pretty mountains! Preseason don't matter in International Sports compare to
I recently went to Montreal Canadiens Game on March 15th, 2025. I thought it was interesting but the food at the game were little bit more expensive than Vancouver and Ottawa Games. There were huge excitement between fans and cheers among the games in Ottawa and Montreal. Vancouver However, there wasn't that much excitement. Fan base in Vancouver isn't as good as Ottawa and Montreal. Montreal Canadiens did win over Florida Panthers 3-1 score. Would've been nice if there was a shutout. For the years, I've watched Montreal and I really miss the Goaltender Carey Price. I've watched him doing goaltending for 8 years. Food in Montreal were $10 dollars more than Vancouver and Ottawa.
Ottawa Senators game I went on April 4th, 2025 was an amazing feat of sports accomplishment. Shutout by Liimus Ullmark/Forsberg that caused the Florida Panthers a huge shutout blown! I was so glad I got to explore the stadium. However, food were significantly cheaper than Vancouver and Montreal Games!
I can't wait to watch the games in Calgary and Winnipeg in 2025-2026 NHL Season! Here are the pictures of my Sports trips around the world! And I took AirCanada and I would like to thank them for taking me around Canada to watch Sports

Me too!
In fact, I am going to Winnipeg this August 2025 to get a preview of the NHL 2025-2026 season! I really enjoyed see Johnny and his action. Yes I remembered that! But gosh I can't believe how expensive Toronto Maple Leafs tickets are compare to Calgary Flames and Winnipeg Jets Tickets! But he died 1.5 years ago! I really miss him a lot though. He died on a car crash when he played with the Columbus Blue Jackets. But unfortunately, he didn't win the Stanley Cup
Let me see! Oh wait there's more to it! I did play soccer with little kids in Haiti (I visited in 2020) as well as in Senegal (I went in 2022)! I did do camel riding in United Arab Emirates when I visited Dubai with my mom in September 2017! What an amazing way to experience Sports around the world. OMG...I almost forget I did play sports like that around the world even if it was with little kids in Haiti and Senegal! OMG...I should've thought of that because I spent so much money traveling around the world and Canada plus US to watch the games. So that's great I experienced that. Also, I got to experience watching soccer in Germany (Women's soccer last year)!
I didn't really do surfing unfortunately. I'm not a surfer and I get afraid nor little scared getting deeper down the Ocean.
But yes traveling does correlate with sports really well. Once you visit over 100 countries; you are likely to accustomed to Sports traveling!
I paid almost $A300 to watch the Maple Leafs play in Toronto. It was absolutely worth it! The crowd (it was a sell out) was nuts; even children who appeared only about three years old knew exactly what was happening and were screaming at the players during power plays and so forth. Suddenly, the Canadian teams are looking strong again! I'd love to see a Jets game these days.
Sadly, the last ice hockey game I had attended before this was the Kings and Flames in LA some years back, in which Johnny Gaudreau scored a hat trick, and the Flames won in OT. I still remember watching the late Gaudreau fly across the ice.
My big sports to follow around are baseball and surfing. Baseball in Caracas meant people in the bleachers constantly dancing salsa (which I dance, so I fit right in) and throwing their beer in the air when there was a home run. In El Salvador the trees outside the outfield fences were full of children trying to see the action. People blowing whistles in the stands in the Dominican Republic was loud and rather annoying. I also saw the famous Havana Industriales play in Cuba and many, many games in Australia, the US and Japan. A great way to experience local culture! Although in terms of surfing events, I've only ever attended Bells Beach (regularly), I'll still visit the breaks if I'm in that part of the world. I recently got to Nazare in Portugal, which was a thrill, and Taghazout Bay in Morocco (which included camels in the surf ... ) The last time I went surfing myself was at Tofo in Mozambique (slightly smaller break!)
A Picture of Rogers Arena, Vancouver Canucks Stadium!
