Did you know that Haiti is closed due to terrorism, high levels of kidnapping, etc? Yes! In fact, it is uncertain when Haiti will be re-opened for tourism and travel. I was very fortunate to have visited Haiti 5 years ago because it was a really scary and dangerous place to visit!
