I went to BIOT on an officially sanctioned dive trip in 2005 so am not looking to go again, but thought I would pass this along as i know many folks are trying to get to BIOT.
I haven't researched this operator and don't know how reliable it is, but a friend who has signed up tells me they want a 25% deposit now with the rest payable once they get the personal permit (they aren't going to apply for a commercial one) from the Brits.

There has been a lot of chatter about this man Jesse Gordon and this outfit which he just started. He has been targeting many of us that have been trying to go for the last year or two. Any new info would be appreciated.
