I live in the UK, and would like to visit Chad for a few days in October.
Do I need to go to Brussels or Paris to obtain a visa?
In the visa requirements, in French, it states that I need a certificate of accommodation issued by the municipality of the city I am staying at. This is separate from the hotel booking. Would the hotel provide this certificate?
